MAGNUM PLEASURE PASS 2026 ALL POINTS EAST COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. The Promoter: The Magnum Ice Cream Company. Sunlight House, 22 Eden Street, Kingston, KT1 1BY. The Promoter is responsible for administering the competition and prize draw.
  1. The Administrator: Umbrella Risk Management Limited, Dodwell House, Chilton Business Centre, Chilton Buckinghamshire, HP18 9LS. The Administrator is responsible for winner’s notification and for fulfilling the prizes.
  1. Eligibility:

This Promotion is open to GB (England, Wales and Scotland) residents aged 18 years or over who: (a) have a smartphone; (b) email address; (c) mobile number; and (d) internet access.

  1. The following are not eligible to enter this Promotion: employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion, including without limitation, advertising agencies, PR, prize suppliers and legal advisors. In these Terms and Conditions, “immediate family” includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, partner or spouse members of such employees or of anyone with whom such employees are domiciled.
  1. Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 BST on 20th July 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 20th August 2026.
    1. Entries for tickets for Weekend 1 (21st August to 23rd August 2026) must be received by 23:59 BST on 16th August 2026.
    2. Entries for tickets for Weekend 2 (28th August to 30th August 2026) must be received by 23:59 BST on 20th August 2026. Entries submitted at any time during the Promotional Period and selecting a Weekend 2 event date will be eligible for the Weekend 2 prize draw, provided they are received by the applicable closing date.

Entries received after the applicable closing date for the selected event date will not be eligible for the relevant prize draw.

    1. Submit your entry by clicking the ‘Enter Now’ button to be in with a chance to win a Prize (details below) via the relevant prize draw for the event date selected upon entry.
  1. One entry per email address or mobile number only. If an entrant attempts to enter using multiple identities or submits entries with the same email address or mobile number more than once, they will be disqualified, and any prize won will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.
  1. No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties, consumer groups or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that either an entrant is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data; using multiple email addresses; using multiple postal addresses; acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter; using identities other than their own; creating fake identities or using any other automated or manual means in order to increase that entrant's or a household’s entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entrants and their household will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.
  1. Illegible, incorrect and/or incomplete Entries will not be accepted or eligible to win the prize(s). No responsibility can be accepted for Entries that are illegible, incorrect, incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.
  1. We reserve the right to verify each winner and ask for proof of identity, age and address, and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right in our sole and reasonable discretion to disqualify any entrant who: (a) we have reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions; and/or (b) corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion; and/or (c) engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this Promotion. We also reserve our legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.
  1. Prizes: A total of six (6) prizes are available to be won (1 prize for each event day), with each prize comprising an All-Points East day ticket for 5 people. Winners can win tickets for one event day only.

Three (3) prizes will be allocated to Weekend 1 (21st August - 23rd August 2026) and three (3) prizes will be allocated to Weekend 2 (28th August - 30th August 2026). Six (6) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received for the relevant weekend draw in accordance with the event dates selected at the time of entry. Each winner will receive five (5) guest area day tickets to the All-Points East Festival in London (the "APE Prize"), valid for the event date selected upon entry.

  1. A maximum of one (1) prize may be awarded per person. Entries are limited to one (1) per individual, as identified by a unique email address or mobile number, regardless of the number of entry periods or dates selected
  1. The winners must be at least 18 years old and shall remain at all times responsible for their guest. Guest may be under 18, but anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  1. The winners and their guest will be solely responsible for all taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.
  1. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
  1. The Promoter will not be liable to winner or guest for any costs, damages, injuries or losses incurred by the winner or their guest as a result of accepting this prize.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances outside our control make this necessary.
  1. Winners Selection: The winner will be selected at random using a random name generator from all valid entries received for the relevant event date on or before the applicable closing date.

    The draw for the 3x Weekend 1 Prizes (21st August - 23rd August 2026 Tickets) will take place on 17th August 2026 from all eligible entries received by 23:59 BST on 16th August 2026.

    The draw for the 3x Weekend 2 Prizes (28th August - 30th August 2026 Tickets) will take place on 21st August 2026 from all eligible entries received by 23:59 BST on 20th August 2026.

    In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
  2. Winner Notification & Prize fulfilment: The Prize Draw will take place on the dates specified in Clause 16. Winners will be notified on the mobile number provided upon entry within 72 hours of the relevant prize draw. The winner will have 72 (seventy-two) hours to respond back with their prize acceptance for prize fulfilment.
  3. If the winner does not respond to the initial telephone call within 72 hours, their prize will be forfeited and a reserve winner, selected at the same time as the initial winner, will be contacted. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
  1. Upon receipt of a valid winner, the Promoter will share the winner’s contact details with a third-party agency who will contact the winner via a telephone call on the mobile number they provided to arrange fulfilment of their Prize. The winner will be required to confirm their email address for prize delivery via the telephone call
  1. If, after 3 (three) attempts and within 72 hours of the initial telephone call, we have not successfully contacted the winner, or if the winner has been unavailable, the prize will be forfeited and may be reallocated to a reserve winner.
  1. If you are selected as a winner and The Magnum Ice Cream Company receives a request from a consumer that a valid prize award took place, The Magnum Ice Cream Company will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share your first and last name directly with them.
  1. The winners (and their guest) may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion and may be filmed / photographed / interviewed by the Promoter or on our behalf during the trip. The winner grants us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute and make derivative works of such footage / photographs / testimonials in any media and through any media channel. In the event of such a request, a consent disclaimer would be provided.
  1. The Competition and the Promoter's and Partner’s Meta and TikTok pages are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta and TikTok. By entering the Promotion, entrants release Meta and TikTok from all and any claims and liabilities which might arise in relation to the Promotion. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Meta and TikTok.
  1. This promotion will be run by the Promoter and is not in any way administered by Instagram. By entering, you acknowledge that Instagram shall not have any liability to you in connection with the promotion.

By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment and in the event of an early cancellation or termination of this Promotion, the Promoter will select winner(s) from all valid and eligible Entries received prior to any such early cancellation or termination. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter.

These Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
