Ben & Jerry’s Ice Dreams Terms & Conditions

 

  1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.
  2. The following are not eligible to enter this Promotion: employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

How to Enter

  1. To enter, visit www.benjerry.co.uk/icedreams  and enter your first name, last name and email address into the entry form.
  2. The opening date for entries is 8:00 BST on 25th August 2026 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 BST on 14th September 2026.
  3. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid email address are required.

Entry Requirements

  1. The promotion is limited to one entry per email address. No entrant may win more than one prize. Prizes are limited to one per household.
  2. Any use by entrants of multiple identities or identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.
  3. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer, including by Artificial Intelligence, will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
  4. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  5. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Prizes

  1. There will be 60 winners in total. Each winner will receive 1 x pair of Ben & Jerry’s bespoke pillowcases, either in flavour Cookie Dough, Phish Food, or Half Baked. 10 winners will also receive 24 x coupons, each worth up to the value of £6 (subject to separate terms, which will be clearly stipulated on the coupon).

Selection of Winners

12. All valid entries received on or before the closing date will be entered into an automated system. The winning entries will be drawn at random by an electronic automated process from all entries received by the closing date. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

  1. The winners will be notified by an email from ben.jerrys@magnumicecream.com within 28 days of the closing date. The winners must claim their prize by responding to the email confirming their full name and providing their address within 14 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.

14. If you are selected as a winner and the Promotor receives a request from a consumer that a valid prize award took place, The Promoter will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share information such as your first and last name directly with them.

  1.  The winner(s’) details (initials of first and last name) may be made available on request by mailing ben.jerrys@magnumicecream.com  within 12 weeks of the closing date.

General Terms

  1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook / Instagram/ TikTok. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter. Entrants release Facebook / Instagram/ TikTok for all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the promotion.
  2. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
  3. The Promoter, Magnum ICC UK Limited, reserve the right to terminate this Promotion early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control.
  4. Entrants’ personal data collected for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents will be handled in accordance with Promoter’s privacy notice, available at https://corporate.magnumicecream.com/en/notices/privacy/united-kingdom-english.html

These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
